Many online systems will do this for you like google calendar. 

Your bank probably sends you a calendar every year, or at least has them at the bank that you can take for free.

This drives more traffic to wherever you want consumers to go next i.e. website, Social Media profile, your calendar scheduling site, etc...

I'm guessing you may have already tried this but you could also do an AirBNB search as a customer and see if there are any existing 30+day rentals and check their calendars.

For certain tasks, I recommend sitting a reminder in your calendar (paper or electronic) to help you keep track.

Look at their calendars on vrbo and airbnb to see how much they are charging and how their occupancy looks.Then put in all your projected expenses.

I was definitely thinking about how to position it both ways: a mini compound for large groups and quaint individual spaces with shared outdoor space, so I’m glad Airbnb allows you to sync calendars on something like that.
