Any STR Owners in Idyllwild, CA? I just started looking in this area but I can't gauge how much demand it is getting. I know everyone suggests Airdna but I'm leary of how they are calculating their numbers. Any help is much appreciated!

@Michael Baum additional insights from those who have first-hand experience about the area. I'm an avid researcher. More intel the better :) @Michael Baum

@Michael Baum and @Account Closed Thank you so much for your insights and for confirming my thoughts. I had the same feeling after visiting the area and perusing the STR sites. The buy-in is too high for the nightly rate you would receive. There are also environmental factors to consider as well. Regarding Big Bear, it's been on my radar but it seems oversaturated and there is a lot of competition.

I really appreciate your feedback! As a new investor, you can doubt yourself at times, so I'm grateful to have this community.
