Since we moved into our place 4 yesrs ago Is put a new roof on and a 6ft privacy fence around back yard.

I can understand the landlord concern and would love to explain my situation to them but the agency is refusing to provide their contact information as it is a privacy problem. is there any way around this issue? 

Brian, seems to me like it's more of a choice between higher down payments (low down FHA for the whole thing in a duplex/triplex vs. low down FHA condo + 20% investment down payment the other way), and privacy issues.

I am not going to enter any more information online with State Farm and will be leaving their services entirely once I find alternative home insurance products.I don't know what other companies are better, but I find it hard to believe than anyone could be worse than State Farm at protecting your privacy and providing an easy online experience.
