@Peter T.This is exactly what I was afraid to hear 😂 I appreciate the honesty though.

I have looked a few competing units but in all honesty, I was not completely sure how to do a comparison based off the listing price since there is dynamic pricing.

I found Eddie to be a man of high integrity with forthright honesty.

For someone that hasn't been able to physically see the property I felt comfort with his honesty and how he was able to address the remaining items. 

I found several other REI groups in Calgary, all of which have Facebook groups, but they vary in terms of how much real guidance they offer and to be honest, I found CREA to be so helpful I didn't really feel the need to go looking elsewhere.

To be honest I completely stopped buying for a few months when the low rates I was getting approved for more than doubled. 

It's dishonest, you are likely to be found out and the tenant may lose respect for you, and it doesn't provide you with any additional protection.I recommend honesty and strong boundaries.

But to be honest, I am not looking to become a millionaire, I am just looking to add 3k USD to my residual income with US realty and then my canadian stuff will do the rest and I can retire at 40 ;)Also looking at Irish land too to get EU citizenship ;) but that's another game.

Thank you for info....to be honest I have a really neat name idea...suppose a name in itself wouldn't be harmful as long as kept seperate?
