I'm not surprised by this article! Conroe is growing rapidly! There are so much construction and new developments around me! In my subdivision and around my neighborhood! The entire area is full of development! I love to see it! I just thought I would share! Check the article out below!

Conroe is a great place to invest! We have lots of people moving into the area, so demand is up. In Year to Year Comparisons, The Average Days on Market have increased from 27 days to 56 days, and the Median Sold Price has increased 9%. We are returning to a more normal Days on Market, but our price growth remains strong especially compared to other parts of the country that are showing negative or flat price growth. I personally own several rentals in the area, and I do not have any trouble finding tenants. Thanks for sharing the article from the Conroe News!
