The external units were mounted 6-8' off the ground - more so to keep small fingers away from harm then out of a concern for theft.We are presently dancing on a larger building which was constructed during the 1980s at the height of electric baseboard madness.

I also agree that a person who has paid upfront for mentoring would be more inclined to follow through as they have some "skin in the game" however, that fact does not ever consitute the mentor receiving 50% share/no skin in the game/large upfront fee.As far as mentioning the guru, there is no harm in doing so as anyone here with personal knowledge or experience with that person can give you some insight regardless off the fact that the guru is not present to defend themself.

Many people on BP will tell you that unless you have actually closed on the property you cannot advertise it for sale without a license.Unless somebody complains I would assume there is no harm in advertising, I would just be aware that there could potentially be an issue, even if it is only a small chance.
