I am in 3 different vacation heavy markets and my April & May calendars are at about 25% occupancy.

Tenant may have guests on the Property for not over 5 consecutive days or 10 days in a calendar year, and no more than two guests per bedroom at any one time.

I'd always look to that guy's calendar when I was freaking out and bleeding cash. 

I am looking at STR property management softwares that include the following features:-Inventory management, cleaner management, calendar syncing, pricing tools.I know of people that use Guesty and seem to love it, but was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that I should check out. 

Most Airbnb calendars in that area are completely open for the next several months.For any STR owners in this area, have you experienced this downturn?
