The multi-family rental demand in and around UT and downtown are pretty warm.

(Of course Knoxville, with UT, would likely also check that box.)As far as the housing market, when I compared both markets in 2020, I found Chattanooga offered more bang for your buck. 

I live in Utah and America First Credit Union will do Heloc's or second home mortgages on investment properties. 

I am very interested in what other agents have to say to this question.Right now I have plans to get my Texas license and use my Utah license in eXp's referral division to avoid paying extra fees in Utah.

@Sarah Kensinger it appears that Utah requires it except in cases where leases are less than 30 days (STRs).So what could a PM do in Ohio that a co-host can't?
