Problem is that I know more about the Chinese market than my own!

Would love to move overseas, if only for a year or two, in order for our kids to experience a different culture and gain some international perspective.

Whether or not it is a good idea to have an entity early on depends largely on the legal culture of where you are currently operating.

The biggest thing is you need to know the culture of the college/university and it's housing market.

This not only fosters the restoration of culturally significant properties but also infuses life into aging communities.

I really appreciate it.One more question:  do you have experience with foreign real estate investors, specifically Vietnamese or Chinese (communist countries)?

i hope I'm not sounding pessimistic here.I thing the development should encourage culturally diverse homeownership by people who can contribute to the tax base. 

This way you get a good culture in your complex.
