We also audit loan portfolios for compliance and value, raise capital for loans, supply personnel from our staff on a temporary basis, guide clients through licensing issues, etc.None of what we do even remotely approaches what apparently you believe to be the focus of this discussion.

Cities typically consider anything less than 30 day stays to be temporary lodging, which falls under a different set of rules than long-term rentals (basically running it as a hotel instead of private residence).

Sometimes we see military members (who don't know I'm a veteran) pull the TDY (Temporary Duty Assignment) paperwork and claim it's the same as a PCS (Permanent Change of Station), because they want to break their lease.

On a side note, as a temporary workaround for those wanting PDF exports, I use the "print to PDF" functionality on my computer to create PDF files for the applications.

It would be a temporary imbalance of supply and demand and if that's the case I would guess in a month or two your competition on REO's would dramatically decrease.
