You may want the firepower of a National firm that has a SALT team (State and Local Tax).

It's always tempting to want to look at other markets and see where the grass is greener but I've found that rents are rising almost as quickly as prices and deals continue to exist in all markets.I'm in the greater Salt Lake area of Utah and though not as crazy price-wise as San Diego, we've still seen crazy price spikes.  

I have an STR in Park City and LTR in Lehi. Looking to diversify with a MTR. Curious if anyone has leads/recommendations on the best areas to purchase. Are there particular hospitals that have a lot of traveling nurse...

take this with a grain of salt since I don't know much about the economy there. 

Looking for meet ups or if there any investors that are close by the Salt Lake City area .

Let me start by saying I’m not actively investing in western MA so take my opinions with a grain of salt.

Anyone looking to do either rental Arbitrage or co-hosting or  purchasing properties themselves  are well advised to take much of this with a grain of salt above. 

Any investor worth there salt should already know this and operate this way.
