That will usually prompt them to order a drive by appraisal, assess the value of the property, calculate an anticipated recovery (Assuming there is equity) by going to default and then, sending the owner's loan straight to foreclosure.I agree with Lynette, go get a loan and pay off the two notes if the value is there.

Any of these are huge red flags - a real Tk company will be more than happy to have you for a visit, take you to lunch, show you some properties, and they'll make sure communication about scheduling is prompt and clear.

Make sure you schedule trip so if you get a bad vibe in person, you still have time to call / meet another company.One of the things I would check on is how large is the PM company so if the person taking care of my property goes on vacation or get sick (hopefully not), they can seamlessly back fill; Service calls have to done promptly, rent has to be collected, leasing tours have to be scheduled, emergencies have to be addressed.
