Yeah, unfortunately, it is very hard to figure out what is really vapor paper and what is really real.For example, part of the Lehman Brothers problem was the rating agencies insisting on a 30% write down on the commercial paper they carried.

IMHO, the key is to find a pest control person that is knowledgeable and that you feel you can trust (after all, they will need complete access to all areas for tenting...they open all drawers, cabinets,etc. of course you CAN insist on being present for most of this).

I will tell the truth its easy to check I have several tenants who insist I work for someone as the maintenance man ,and one asked two or three times to check if the owner needs extra help part time ((He works four days a week) lol (Guess he thinks I'm to slow) When asked who I work for "I say myself ."

also in my work a day world anyone that old I would insist that they consult a much younger family member or their personal attorney to make sure your dealing with someone of sound mind... which of course I have no reason to believe he does not have... just a good protection measure for yourself.

I still remember the guy who wanted to leave his wife off the application, but I insisted I would not process the application without the wife since that would be an incomplete application.
