Not including all occupants of legal age on background checks is a mistake. I still remember the guy who wanted to leave his wife off the application, but I insisted I would not process the application without the wife since that would be an incomplete application. The wife had lots of bills in her name alone, and that were not being paid, and had been the one to declare bankruptcy alone. So that you understand why I said it's a mistake ...
