I would like to get an idea of the strategy I should start incorporating into my goals.  

I also hold a full time job in Corporate America for the past 12 years, which consumes most of my time, although I do have an exit strategy in place...hopefully very soon.My goal essentially is to network and absorb some of the tremendous knowledge that is shared within this blog.

They are great motivators and has lots of little nuggets you can incorporate into your business.

You can form Title holding trust, Llc, incorporate etc.

Just starting to get my ducks in a row, incorporating, financing in order, etc. 

It is something that you are no accountable for and will drive you towards success.Goals will also help you decide if incorporating is the right move.  

In general you need to incorporate this into an estate plan that in all inclusive.

I assume I'll need to incorporate the CPA's ideas/documents in a business plan portfolio.I have time to get things set up until next October.

Sorry to disagree, maybe, if you use your personal name, there is no registration requirement at the state, but that isn't a self proprietorship, that is a business formed that is not incorporated, but held individually.

It can be very time consuming in the beginning stages, but as you learn from others who do this and who have more time in and are successful, then you will learn how to automate your business and incorporate systems that will make your life much easier.
