Hello everyone, my name is Johanna and I Am from South Florida. I want to start my REI so I can have my own business and be able to quit my full time job. Any recommendations and help are all welcome, i started to read the beginners book and feel very excited to start. questions: do I need to start a corporation now or later on? Where do i get a list of private lenders?Thanks for all your help
