Hi Everyone,

By way of introduction, my name is Tami, I live in NYC and have place in southwest Florida where I do most of my investing. I also hold a full time job in Corporate America for the past 12 years, which consumes most of my time, although I do have an exit strategy in place...hopefully very soon.

My goal essentially is to network and absorb some of the tremendous knowledge that is shared within this blog. I've learned more about the business within these confines than I have on the street. At the same time, I'd like to meet investors who may have similar interest in wholesaling bulk REO properties, rehab, cash flow, I do it all. For me right now wholesaling is a perfect fit in that I can maintain a FT job. Pension is key and of course Self Directed IRA!!
