What are the advantages and disadvantages?

. :-)I'm not a tax guy so I can't address advantages/ disadvantages with that but I'd rather keep separate business and personal financial records anyway.

If the underwriting is outsourced and you can't explain to the underwriter what your plan is for after the refi you're at a big disadvantage.

Although a tiny space has disadvantages under our current paradigm, I think advantages like portability, affordability, sustainability, and housing security will out weigh the old ways of thinking.
