I use a Mac and would prefer a native app but have heard it is not as capable as the PC version.Are Mac users running the PC version in VM wear?

Because of the lag time in building new units, the supply side of the market doesn't react quickly to changes on the demand side.

Just have conversation with her about your concerns and see how she reacts.

There have been quite a few California natives moving to Sandpoint including some tech companies, which has really made a difference in the Sandpoint job market as well as more and more people being able to telecommute (my current tenant works from home).

I remember the 80s and early 90s when Californians were moving to Oregon and natives there hated the Californians for driving up prices.
