Hello BP,I'm here to introduce myself and let everyone know a little about me.I found the pod cast a few weeks ago and have powered through all of them.

I dont know of any, but they weren't doing mods when I was doing a bunch of Sub2's.I cant imagine them specifically addressing the sub2 in the mod other than the typical due on sale clause if it was just the bank modifying the loan.If it was some sort of government program, its possible that they require them to be a resident for a specific period of time, kinda like buying HUD or the rebates a few years back.Just read their paperwork.

I  love watching those pod casts.

For the past 6 months I have been educating myself as much as possible by spending any amount of free time I have reading books, listening to pod casts, and exploring the blog/forum posts on the BP website.

Yet people are on the pod cast like "yeah I buy 10 a year and I just financed my 45th" like, what??

I hope that wasn't too political so the mods don't delete me.

There are many home equity lines of credit that are ballooning soon and mods are ballooning too.
