Hello BP,

I'm here to introduce myself and let everyone know a little about me.

I found the pod cast a few weeks ago and have powered through all of them. I have enjoyed the information that they go through. I decided that since I'm getting some great ideas that I should join and gain more information from others in or that were in my shoes.

I currently have a rental house in Anne Arundel for the last 8 years.  I have managed the property on my own.  I would like to but more rental homes and maybe look into other aspects of real estate.  My long term goal is to gain enough passive income to leave my day job.

I know it will take some time, but to get to that point, I would like to meet as many people, in my area and across the country.  I would like to meet people that would be willing to mentor me as well as people that I might be able to mentor down the road.  

I'm looking forward  being active and communicating with everyone here on BP.  Thank you  for your time.
