The biggest issues came down to under-qualified VAs, not being able to monitor whether they were reaching their KPIs, and poor performance.I can't put all the blame on the companies I worked with though, because I feel that I didn't set the VAs up for success (poor training and poor SOPs), however I didn't really have the time to improve that part of it either.
