They literally were wholesaling a house for $30k more than the house next door was listed on MLS that was almost fully turnkey, and considerably bigger(1500 more sq ft lot + 1br/1.5ba larger) in the Garden Oaks area of Houston.

Whether it be the highly sought out Winter Park area, Lake Mary and Altamonte, or even Winter Garden and Ocoee, these markets are solid for those looking to flip, assuming they're purchased at the right price.

Not just in typical moist areas like bathrooms--but in the corners of closets, under sinks, under a staircase and around garden unit windows and some walls.                                         

She would buy houses, go to the rose gardens and break off a twig and in a few years have the most beautiful landscaping you ever saw.

If they are for real, a response will come back referencing the area or your property...like "bayshore gardens house" or north atlanta.  

South facing land is more valuable than north facing land in VT, in general, but also depends on what you're looking for (land to grow a garden vs trees and solitude).

Most are 3/2 garden homes.

Hot neighborhoods like Astoria, LIC, and Forest Hills, Kew Gardens and Glendale will continue to go up imo.

Efforts could include new, efficient, appliances and mechanicals, improved insulation and weatherization, benchmarking utility usage, renewable energy, backyard garden space, bike parking, proximity to public transit, good walk scores... you name it!
