Great fishing, great golf and many (short) flights from the US and a very large new airport and convention center.

Fishermen are generally more focused on the quality of the fishing holes and less on the quality of the accomodations. 

That said, one of my tenants over the years has acquired a parakeet and a fish tank, but she keeps the house immaculately clean, and says she doesn't ever want "pets" ;)I do allow pets in our condos, but they are regulated by the association rules (less than 20 pounds).

The plumber should have fished out the clog.

Second, I'd invariably have at least one socket at move out where a regular bulb burned out and in attempting to remove it, the tenant broke the glass off, leaving the end in the socket for me to fish out. 

Especially for the "small fish" owners that mathematically is not worth their attentions.

They are the bigger fish, with the upper hand, but if they like you and you can figure out a way to collaborate instead of compete, it could be mutually beneficial. 

It was an organic fish farm - sounds boring and hardly what you would expect from a scam. 

In that case you can try to buy it from the bank.Like Nick says, lots of other fish in the sea.
