You can not get a permit to move these homes and it's not a 60's tin can that you can hook up to your pickup.Like I said in the post, these high priced deals I am JUST wholesaling.

he comes across to me as a grumpy old man. ive read his reviews and while some are dead on accurate, others are way off base. some of the people he's panned are actually legitimately good investors.

This does mean there is the old tin ceilings in some places so I may have to tear that out to put in proper sound proofing.

I was looking for a house hack for months in Atlanta/Decatur and nothing was panning out.

I was thinking I can try it out and worst case if it doesn't pan out I can just turn it into a long term rental.

Plus we put a pan under it and place a water alarm there.

I know a few developers who would be interested if something like that pans out.
