John T Reed.. Should we believe what he writes because he has not done a deal since 1989. Its easier to sit in San Francisco and complain about the guru's when he has not done a deal since then. What are your thoughts?

Some of JTR's stuff hits the nail on the head, other is just comes across as so extremely "whiny". You must remember that JTR also sells stuff on how to invest.

I would suggest to look at JTR's reviews to see if there are blatant lawsuits and obvious scams, but ignore the commentary on it.

The man hasn't bought a piece of property himself since 1983, only currently owns his own residence. So yeah he is a guru you would want to trust. I mean 25 years since he has purchased a home, not much has changed right? ha ha ha
