While I get the sense that the business model is efficiently streamlined on their side, I'd like access to more transparency and expertise (to justify the data) to bite on my side.

I am also a newbie in the line of Wholesaling and trying to gather a streamlined process that works.Also for Wholesalers investor should they put their business entity under LLC or S Corp and what is the good source to register and what are the cost factors.For Landlords with 2-3 properties should they have it under LLC knowing there is a risk of Due on sale clause of the loan when a rental property is moved to an LLC.

The banks didn't used to do this but with the short sale streamline process it now says the government and anyone else can be notified of the info you give the bank.If the short sale is denied the bank can later use this to pursue a deficiency.

So far its been quite the learning curve but I think it has massive potential to streamline our business.
