For storage are there improvements beyond just the sheds like Asphalt a manager's home etc?

Please shed some light into this scenario for me.

Stack the wood you can't chip in a shed or under a tarp for a year and then use it or give it away as firewood.

At the same time, putting a large storage shed in back to hold what the garage would have.

Perhaps making a painful offer will unearth things from the seller or help shed light.When in uncharted territory, offer low according to your comfort level and do your due diligence before. 

I am not exactly sure how it all works and if anyone can help shed some guidance that would be great!  

As the pattern becomes clear that you have a stinker in the group (sometimes a unit just doesn't perform for one reason, or several), you can shed that unit and move on.
