Many on the surface don't really seem qualified I was looking for someone who's working in sales or sales experience but their resumes don't reflect it.

It seems very robust and owner-friendly - 75% first month's rent to place a tenant and 10% per month. 

Our market is very robust and there are lots of opportunities to purchase rentals in different price points.

I have a diverse resume.

Some of my biggest sales have come from recommendations after much smaller ones and your building your resume.

In any case, it would be interesting to hear feedbacks from tenants about their experience, hints, pet resume effectiveness and from landlords (opinion about renting with pets, documents that are required, extra fees etc.).

Several others in this thread have similar resumes yet you pass yourself off as a knowledgeable investor providing poor advice.

My team has the resume and equity to acquire bank loans and hard money, and the only thing standing in our way is lack of knowledge and experience.

Hard to diversify on one property, but alas this is a robust market up here :)

Is there going to be a more robust rework coming soon as well?
