NW Indiana Property Management Options

Good afternoon!  I am beginning to compile a list of property management companies in Northwest Indiana, anticipating that the goal is to build up a portfolio here and use one company to manage all of them.  Does anyone have any experience using any of these organizations?  Any great experiences?  Any horror stories? Any that serve the Valparaiso/Merrillville area that I am leaving out?

I also plan to interview them and do as much due diligence as I can, but thought I would start here.

Hello BP!

I came across this old thread and hoping some of you can give recommendation and wisdom regarding property management company in Indiana. I have properties in Northwest Indiana, specifically in East Chicago and Michigan City. I’m thinking about switching to a new management company that can oversee both locations. I spoke with a few and they only oversee one location and not the other.

I’d love to work with a company that communicates well, always on top of things, and has a good financial reporting system/tools for me to keep track of rent income/work orders/etc. on my end. Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
