You can monitor your resistance to change with the DSCR ( NOI / P+I) and over time it will grow from your initial 1.x to several multiples; the bigger, the more resilient your property becomes.

Because of this system - it's not constantly connected to wifi, it just "touches base" once an hour (or at intervals you set) - battery life is pretty solid, and I'll get alerts if batteries get low/I can monitor battery level from the app.Things I don't love about it: the online interface feels old-fashioned and is somewhat unintuitive.

If you want to blow out the vents, turn the heat/cooling off, turn your fan to "on", and monitor the condition of the filters.
