Property Management In Atlanta
Hello,
I have been looking to invest in the Atlanta market for about a month now and will be closing in on a deal soon(I hope). I found a Property Management company called Specialized Atlanta who also does business in other major cities such as Dallas.
They seem almost to good to be true so, I wanted to see if anyone has heard of them or has experience with them to share before I select them as my Property Management company.

Hi @Vincent Carminati and welcome to BiggerPockets!
I have not had any direct contact with Specialized Atlanta, but as part of your due diligence for any property management (PM) company, I would urge you to connect with at least three of their existing clients in the Metro Atlanta area. Speaking with current customers about whatever potential concerns you might have is by far the best way to assess whether they are "too good to be true."
(If they are, I'd be happy to recommend a great PM operating in Atlanta!)
Good luck!
