So Im looking to launch a DM campaign in both South Florida and Charleston, SC. 

We run a Link Options business full-time and LOVE it over anything else we have done.We very recently launched the product, and it's more like a pre-launch really with special pricing for our Facebook friends (we're having some FB issues getting our marketing out).

There is A LOT more nuance to consider (neighborhood, property type, strategy, etc) but this is a helpful launching point. 

Also, get with a great realtor and PM in the area to survey the market and see what areas you can launch your strategy in.  

I have been doing it since they launched it.

I tried to be smarter than the book and that didn't work.Join a team, it will accelerate your launch.

@Anthony Cortello Apartments.com, Zillow launched a service recently too I believe.

I just bought a house under my LLC that I launched last year.

Spend the funds to send out post cards, driving for dollars, cold calling, etc...I launched a new campaign and within the last 3 days I was able to pick up 3 homes a lot cheaper than going through a wholesaler or MLS. 

He recently came out with a "world's first blockchain NFT for tokenized real estate," (Tykes), hyped it up a ton, and then shortly after launch completely stopped marketing for it.
