Best Practices- Finding off market properties in Detroit
My interest is exclusively in Detroit. I have done one fix in flip in Detroit already. I found this deal on the MLS last year. I am looking to do at least 5 flips this year and get some really cheap buy and holds. I would like advice on how to obtain great deals outside the MLS. Wholesalers in the area are too greedy and not leaving any meat on deals.
Does anyone know how to engage banks with distressed Detroit properties?
What are your best practices to get property in the area?
