I love D/B/As BTW...it saves you a ton of work and headache if you are a serial entrepreneur so that you don't have to set up a new entity while chasing the latest bright shiny object.

I was asking the same question for a long time until my wife bought me the book, How to Start a Business in Colorado from the Smart Start Series written by the Entrepreneur Press.

the great thing about being an entrepreneur is that it's color blind.

By then you should know if they are motivated... if they are not motivated do not spend much time,   but let them know that you will always be their plan B.The goal is to identify the need and then cum up with the solution to solve the problem, that is what every entrepreneur does.

Do you want some extra income or do you want to be a mega entrepreneur, or some place in between, just have enough cash flow to get out of the rat race?

If the system really does what they say it does, it would be a great tool that will certainly help entrepreneurs succeed easier and faster in this business (my husband and I have been RE agents for over 20 years).
