I like geographic names, or street names, or street intersections like Main and Fifth LLC,  Names of Rivers, Streams, bodies of Water,  One time I used the name of a tributary of the Rhine River. 

Make that problem the present owners responsibility, unless of course they are willing to sell so low that dead bodies would be acceptable.
