(I moved to the area as an adult, didn't go to school here nor do I have kids or a church group).

Pretty sure we have a spot for adults, minors and animals. 

We have a choice as adults to be bitter and blame others for all of our hard times or to take personal responsibility and to grow. 

It's up to them, legal adults, to figure it out amongst themselves.

So any adult who is going to live in the unit has to be listed on the lease.  

Married 36 yrs, I have 3 adult college educated children and I want to pull a decent monthly pay check, renovate the houses as they become vacant and leave the houses to my 3 children when the good Lord take my wife and I.

I've met the first two guys who at first meeting presented as responsible young adults.

My investment specialization would put more than 3 unrelated adults in the same single family home, so my specialization would violate the occupancy code.My QuestionsWould Loveland, like nearby Boulder, tolerate single family homes that violate this code for years until finally making them legal through a special permit (housing coops)?

TIA If there are 2 adults in the bottom unit and 4 in the top unit, then the bottom unit pays 1/3 of the bill and the top unit pays the other 2/3.
