It allows me to create a smooth work flow with everthing i need to get done...but its $197 per month!

@Conrad Cortes Before you make any firm decisions I would recommend trying out the free trials of any software you are considering because they all have different workflows and you should use the one that feels best to your organization, and most importantly test their customer service. 

I've spent some time perusing the software and it seems to have very high potential of you can take the time to say it up for your own personal needs/workflows.

I have a current Podio install and messed around with it about a year ago, but ended up dropping it since I didn’t have the time to invest in setting up the workflows the way that I wanted to versus just getting going for a task management and project management as I have done with Basecamp in the past.

I can tell you that the RentCheck system is fast and easy, though visually a bit clunky (they need a non-technical designer on their webdev team to make it pretty and improve workflow/UX) and the quality of the reports is excellent.I have seen a TVS report but not seriously compared them.

I am able to create and trigger very complex workflows within REIBB.

I am currently leaning toward wholesaling to start out and then using the profits to invest in buy and hold rental properties  I would love to hear any educational resources anyone could offer or possible workflows that have been successful in achieving a solid REI understanding!

If you've done it for a while, you should be able to diagram a work flow n even stages for that workflow detailing all the parties to interact with as well as a decision type chart and timeframe for each segment, right?

The one thing you should master is the vacancy life cycle workflow.

right now I'm trying to find a CRM/workflow manager   Evaluating Podio, hubspot and have experience with Zoho as CRM.
