I know some PMs like bringing on VAs to manage guest communications. 

Have experience with VAs on both texting and cold calling.

Fortunately you can evolve RE into something with low cost VAs and runners to handle most items, thus buying you time for important work.

What SOPs have you been able to create and delegate to staff/VAs as it relates to property management or real estate analysis ?

The last thing you want to do is have granted a late checkout to a guest that was causing noise problems earlier in their trip.We also offer paid late checkout of 8PM (and block that day for being booked) for approx. 75% of an additional night's rate (excluding any taxes or fees) if calendar allows it.I'm not sure I see the advantage of allowing late checkout in 15 minute increments, either it's available or it's not in my eyes.It's a bit labor intensive, but we have a strong team of VAs so I don't mind the time suck.

I've also heard there are VAs that have access to skip tracing but I couldn't elaborate on that.

You should also give the same "training task" to 5-10 VAs and see who does the "best".Then narrow it down to 3 and give them another task. 

Any advice on VAs or finding one or am I better off doing it myself on prop stream or batch leads?
