Quite frankly, whoever uttered the words “nice guys finish last” was an idiot.

I may even ask "Am I a chill, laid back landlord who is cool with living with a stranger?"

The utter stupidity of the general public and the fact that punching people is frowned upon.

Our home is very large so the wife & I can find some quiet time apart if we need to or we'll head to the Lakehouse to chill in complete isolation.

The chilled water is electric. 

When I entered the unit the place was trashed, the carpeting looked like dandelion puffs from cats tearing at it and the place was utterly filty with a huge plate of meat sitting on the kitchen floor.

I’d say if it’s a warm location then even a bigger plus would be somewhere they can go to chill & decompress… like a poolside or patio… Internet access is a must too.

Really what needs to happen is Fannie Mae needs to chill the F out and update their guidelines to understand that it's the year 2016, and things like bitcoins and cell phones aren't just for terrorists and money launderers. 

Also the fact the 'penal' system is complete and utter joke when it comes to these things.
