I will tell him that we will raise rents to market after repairs and that we do not desire them as tenants due to the smoking (we no longer take smokers - even ones who indicate they will only smoke outdoors), the marijuana (legal in our state but prohibited on the lease due to my W2 occupation), starting the fire, how rough they are on the unit, etc.

We lived at these apartments for more than a year With no problems or any complaints we got transferred to a new unit a month after we got transfer the office in the letter that they heard her complain about smoking marijuana we don’t do drugs can we get Evicted for this  reason The police have not been involved and there’s no evidence that we do any drugs is just a complaint

If marijuana was legal in that state the Hydroponics farm would bring in great income unfortunately I think this state is going legal until it's legal on the federal level.
