In all honesty I would guess that 90% of the people he arrests are tenants not home owners. 

Average purchase time between properties is 6 months.I'd rather have 110% honesty and clarity than sugar coating your responses, so I appreciate your input.

I understand how everything works WITH an agent helping me but if I'm being honest, I am kind of lost on the title company/escrow side of things now that it's all in my court.

It may be Semantics to say you’re the buyer when you are in fact wholesaling to an end buyer but I personally think that’s unethical and shouldn’t be done that way.

@Thom Soule first of all, if you expect honesty from your tenants, why would you lie to them?

Hey Mathieu, In all honesty I think there are better ways to spend that kind of money. 

Depending on your attitude and your level of faith and honesty that also can be difficult because at least half the time you spend with sellers you have to be a little dishonest with the seller with your actual intention of what you are really up to.
