Invest 16 000US$ in Doug Hopking program

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie in real estate investment. BTW, sorry if what Im writting doesnt make sense cause English is my second language... I went to a 3 days Doug Hopkings porgram and the information was great. Im here to have your sincere opinion about this: 

They have a selling system very efficient where your tongue go on the ground and that look so easy to making cash quick. They sell a program with mentorship . I understand the high price program because of the information they offer and a list of hard money lenders and you are suppose to have a mentor. I think the program is good but the price is a bit to high for me when I realise than all the information is out there for way cheaper. My question is this one:

You guys would pay 16K US$ + Canadian exchange = 21 000$ for a program like they're? Why? If any suggestion where I can find a mentor please share that info with me.
