Same thing for fire restorations, gut things out to bare studs and spray it all.

The most heartbreaking 'con' for me is its impact on historic homes which really need a ton of sweat equity to restore. 

I’m looking to jump into REI, but I’m a complete newbie.I currently work in car sales and I run a restoration service. 

Most of my markets generally prefer clean and modern compared to all original restored.

And if I were starting, I'd have to get some F&F money for the rest or at least part of the rest -- or done this on a smaller scale.
