Newbie in Northern Delaware/Philadelphia region

Hi BP people,

My name is Tony and I currently live in the northern Delaware/ Philadelphia area. I'm looking to jump into REI, but I'm a complete newbie.

I currently work in car sales and I run a restoration service. I have 1 property that I’m currently living in, soon to be renting out, and refinancing (brrrr?). Im honestly just reaching out to see if anyone is willing to let me pick their brain or potentially meet up.

I need all the help I can get.
