I found this forum researching out of state properties a couple of days ago, and have really enjoyed the information I have found, first forum i've ever joined! I have been running a successful painting business for the past eight years specializing in restoration, fire and water loss. I am looking to start rehabbing and slowly building a portfolio.I strongly believe in surrounding oneself with those more knowledgeable and look forward to any insight and advice, it is truly appreciated.
