I am going to put a punch list together and address anything that is reasonable and request they put in an application to the tenancy board for a dispute resolution for remaining items that are unreasonable. 

The sellers paid for the resolution on the inspection, and lowered their price to the appraisal.

However, for commercial contracts, the buyer can notify the seller of a environmental defect and if the parties cant agree on resolution, either party may terminate. so you need to read your contract.  

They will need to help you set up your Operating Agreement, Business Resolutions, etc..   

Have been raising these kind of charges for more than a year, without much resolution.  

The resolution center is a pain too.

And, then follow the resolution/notice as required; you may be thinking you're doing the landlord a favor by texting but it's really about protecting your rights to do it as prescribed by law. 

Consider it a blessing, because now for just $65.00 you found out your PM is incapable in both accuracy and problem resolution, only about 90% of the job requirement for PM.

You then draw up an operating agreement and a resolution agreement spelling out the terms of the partnership.
