I have no idea why, maybe the short term reoccurring jobs in the petrochemical industry has something to do with it.

Maybe it happens Q2 25, but we'll see that migration re-occur.

But the reoccurring theme I keep hearing is how to make things appear out of thin air.  

Later on, I canceled their reoccurring services and took on the registered agent part of it for CA. future LLC will be completed on my own to save money.

@Brian Sullivan, thanks so much for the great insights, I've started to research more people "on the ground," that is a reoccuring theme I've heard.

I have found that Teaneck, Garfield/City, Union City, Bergenfield, and Hackensack are reoccurring locations.

With the Quickbooks version I use (Simple Start) they don't allow automated invoicing however I believe with the essentials & Plus versions they do allow reoccurring invoicing but I've not seen it in action.  

Than, dedicate that for a certain reoccurring "thing" like all fuel purchases, or all meals.

It's thoughtful about the details, for example just rent collection you can block partial payments, assign a diff bank account for each property, collect late fees either which can be reoccuring or one time, etc.

Stay cheap. 5 units is not normally enough to justify a reoccurring monthly expense on software.
