Be blessed, be relentless

I think this society is relentlessly trying to brainwash you into the belief that your career should be your passion.

There are a ton of sub markets within these MSAs... so I fly there, spend some time with family and go to the local REIA meetings and I am just relentless about asking people for information on different areas in their submarket.

The best deals starting off typically come from relentless efforts.

I also understand relentless follow-up. 

When you realize your intellectual capabilities and your judgment are failing, when you start relentlessly losing money in everything you try, when you stop caring, when you realize it's hurting your family.

So my point is, be relentless!
