If someone worked in California and moved to Arizona mid year, do they have to file and pay taxes in both states even if the states have reciprocal agreements?

That message is powerful because it lets them know you're giving them a good review which kicks in the lizard brain for them to reciprocate the favor.Twice a month I also go through all the reviews and reply to 75% of them. 

County 18 months ago, in order for me to get a California license I would have had to take all of the California education hours required for the license there as there is no reciprocation on classes.

Again, it's important to give respect BUT demand it in return, gotta lead, it's not a giveaway, I demand a lot from my people but they know I give a lot too, reciprocal. 

Hey @Dominque Blackmon, you could find out if the state you live in has reciprocity and obtain your Real Estate License!

Maybe if you share your work around other folks will reciprocate faster. 

Its so valuable to others to share what you know to help others like me, and I hope it is reciprocated for you either on or off BP. 

Canada has a reciprocal tax treaty with the US that essentially allows you to pay whatever taxes you  owe to the IRS and then have them flow through to your Canadian taxes so that you are credited.

Remember, even if you don't practice on the brokerage side, you could still win reciprocity from agents by referring listings for full retail to a solid agent when that's the best option for someone.
